Half day bread workshop at your home


On selected dates I am offering Private Bread Baking Classes at Your Home in Glasgow in the following post code areas - G1-G5, G11-G15, G20-G23, G34, G40-G44.

I'll come to you and we bake delicious breads in your own comfort starting the workshop approx at 9am. 

In this half day workshop you make three different flatbreads associated with the Middle East.

You will create garlic and coriander pitta based on a Lebanese recipe, a slightly sweet Turkish sesame pide that is perfect with hummus and olive oil, dukkah, and a za’atar manakeesh or za’atar topped Middle Eastern pizza. This workshop runs for an approximate 3-4 hours, depends on your oven and room temperature.

This is a fully hands on bread baking class where you will mix, knead and shape the dough by hand and learn the fundamentals of the dough. 

You will also receive copies of the recipes and tips to further enhance your bread baking kills.

All ingredients and tools are provided for the duration of the workshop.

Allergen information

This course handles allergens which includes yet not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame and mustard. 

For more information regarding the ingredients used, please contact me before booking your course as it is not feasible to change recipes without changing the quality of the outcome of the recipe. The cost of course is for one person only, additional personnel at £40.
